General practitioners in Vienna-Brigittenau — all health insurance providers and private patients. No appointment needed: simply come by during our opening hours, no prior registration required.
Whether you are covered by statutory health insurance or private insurance, we provide your basic medical care and support you with acute complaints, chronic conditions, preventive care and any questions about your health. As a primary care centre (PVZ) we bring together doctors, nurses and further health and social professions under one roof — competent, personal and without long waiting times.
All our staff speak English.

Home visits and prescriptions
If you are unable to come to the practice, we can visit you at home in the 20th district and the neighbouring districts. Please use our home visit request form.
Medication that has already been prescribed to you can be requested online — we upload the prescription to your e-card. Please use our medication request form.

In case of emergency
Ambulance: 144 — in case of serious accidents or injuries, suspected heart attack or stroke, unconsciousness, severe bleeding or seizures, and whenever you consider it necessary.
Health advice line: 1450 — for urgent medical concerns that are not an emergency, the telephone health advice service is available around the clock. Trained staff assess your symptoms and tell you which care you need. The advice line will also tell you which practices or first-aid outpatient clinics are open at weekends.
Medical on-call service (Ärztefunkdienst): 141 — on weekdays from 19:00 to 07:00 and all day on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays for all of Vienna, including home visits.
Poison control centre (24 hours): (01) 406 43 43 — in case of suspected or obvious poisoning.
